InfoTech Innovators was founded by our CEO and President Al Rozell in 2013. Mr Rozell is a seasoned Information Technology (IT) professional with over 30 years of professional IT experience. Mr Rozell has worked in many capacities throughout his tenure in various aspects of information technology in both private and public sector and for numerous companies in the healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, financial services, pharmaceutical, and technology industries.
Mr Rozell spent over 16 years with IBM as a Senior Certified Executive IT Specialist and provided executive level technical IT consulting to many of IBM’s top customers. He pioneered the creation of numerous assessment approaches and supporting methodologies. He provided senior level IT consulting in areas that include, but not limited to, IT Infrastructure Optimization, IT Security, HIPAA and PCI-DSS Compliance, IT Enterprise Architecture, IT Infrastructure Virtualization, Cloud Computing, IT Infrastructure High Availability, BI / Big Data, IT Business Process Improvement, IT Management Consulting and multi-platform total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis. Mr Rozell has developed and delivered numerous Cyber Security Compliance and Risk assessments based on ISO, NIST, PCI-DSS and HIPAA to help clients improve their overall Cyber Security posture and compliance audit readiness. Mr Rozell has broad cross platform ( Unix, Linux, Windows, Mainframe, etc) technical skill coupled with a solid tenure in application development (also cross platform) and strong business acumen skills. He has authored and/or contributed to various papers on the subjects of Linux, Free & Open Source Software, Virtualization and workload optimization. He regularly presents to customer executives and at technical conferences.

Private sector IT experience with companies like IBM, AT&T, Atos, Merrill Lynch, Nabisco, Mars Inc., Aon, Baha Mar Hotel and Casino and numerous other companies in the healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, financial services, pharmaceutical, and technology industries.
Public sector IT experience supporting the USDA – US Forest Service, City of Los Angeles – California, NYC Housing Authority and the State of New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. We are currently a preferred IT supplier for the State of New Jersey and the municipalities of West Orange – New Jersey, Essex County – New Jersey and South Amboy – New Jersey.
